NJTW Core Values

Biblical Teaching: The authority of our ministry comes from the Word of God as we submit ourselves to his teaching; commit ourselves to do what Jesus says, and our lives will become what Christ desires for us.

Accountability: Building relationships that provide accountability among our fellow sisters and brothers in Christ. We are all accountable to God for how we conduct our lives.

Diversity: If you are seeking change and a relationship with God, our belief is that all are welcome to the house of God. No matter what walk of life you are from.

Worship: Everything we do should give God glory and honor. God created us to worship Him, so as creations of God we should live our lives in a state of Worship.

Love: God is love and as heirs to his Kingdom. We should exhibit the unconditional love that he displays to our fellow brothers and sisters.

Servant: Being a servant is characterized by a loving and willing heart of obedience that serves God and mankind gladly.

Discipleship: Making disciples is a clear mandate from Christ. This requires a strong mission focused on evangelism, training in spiritual growth, and holy living.

Faith: We will trust in God to build our level of faith through trials and tribulations.

Warfare: We will devote ourselves through prayer and fasting during times of warfare, obeying the laws of war through interceding on behalf of all nations.

Vision and Life: We speak vision and life over our congregation, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us as we follow him on life’s journey.

Character Development: We teach the willingness to do what is right, even when no one is looking.

Excellence: All things must be done with excellence, for Jesus is worthy of nothing less! Consistent evaluation and an eagerness to improve will spill over into our everyday life and ministry.

Ownership: Commit your heart, hands, and mind to be part of the solution not the problem.

Wisdom: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Community Enrichment: We empower our community with positive energy and helpful resources as a ministry.

Passion: We make the impossible possible, by living our lives through the Passion of Christ.

Relationship: We consider others more important than ourselves. We invest in the lives of others by sharing each other’s burdens and rejoicing in each other’s victories.

Unity: We believe that we are one within the body of Christ. We believe where there is oneness, nothing is impossible.

Holiness: “But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: Be holy, because I am holy.” (1 Peter 1:15-16)

Obedience: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” Obeying all authority for God is the one whom put it there.       (James 1:22)
